This isn't my first go of keto, so I expected some sleep disturbance, but damn! I'm not sure how long this is going to last as my body adapts, but I feel like shit.

Exercise: Another indoor walk. Minnesota is not down with Spring.

Body fat: 39.4%
I binged. Hard. I'm not proud, but I have to be honest with myself. I am a sugar addict. I don't know that I'll be weighing myself tomorrow. I need to get a grip. Fast.
